Delivery Options
Delivery days are Monday – Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Delivery Area
All our deliveries are limited to the area around Reading. In order for us to make a delivery, your delivery address must be one of the Post Code areas listed below.

Standard Delivery
Most of our products are delivered for a small fee of £2.99 to any address in our delivery area. This can be upgraded to same or next day delivery by paying the fees shown below. Our standard delivery fee is applicable to the following items:
- All salt
- All bagged fuels – including coal, charcoal, logs, etc
- Split hardwood in crates and “dumpy” bags
- Heaters and Burners
Deliveries will be made within 2 – 4 days of the order being placed.
Gas Deliveries
We charge a nominal fee of £5.00* for all gas bottles/cylinders deliveries to any address in our delivery area. Deliveries will be made within 2 – 4 days of the order being placed.
Gas delivery can be upgraded to same or next day delivery by paying the fees shown below.
Next Day Delivery
Some of our products are available for next day delivery to certain areas. This option must be selected in the checkout. If the option is not shown then Next Day Delivery is not available for your order. A fee of £7.50 is charged for next day delivery.
Same day Delivery
Same Day delivery is available for a fee if selected at the checkout before 12 noon. If the option is not shown in the checkout then Same Day Delivery is not available. A fee of £12 is charged for same day deliveries.
NB: Same and Next Day Delivery are only available in post code zones 1 and 2 – shown below.
Collection
Collections can be made between: 7:30am to 4:30pm only.
