FENCEMATE® Double Sleeper Pin Straight Bracket | 750x2mm Galvanised

This FENCEMATE double-pin straight bracket is the fixing for joining timber sleepers in a straight line. Where a corner bracket handles right angles, this one handles the runs: the long straight sections of a raised bed, retaining wall or sleeper edging, where one sleeper meets the next end to end. At 750mm and with a double pin, it’s the longer, more substantial straight bracket, which makes for a strong, stable join on bigger builds.

It’s made from heavy-duty 2mm galvanised steel. The galvanising resists rust and corrosion, so it stands up to rain and weather and holds the joint together far longer than a timber pin would. It works with all standard sleeper sizes, and it’s quick and straightforward to fit, which suits both a weekend project and a professional landscaping job.

This is the bare galvanised version. For green-treated sleepers, the same bracket comes in an Olive RAL 7002 powder-coated finish to match. Brackets are fixed with timber screws, available separately.

Straight or corner bracket, which do I need?

Use the straight bracket for in-line joins, where sleepers run end to end along a raised bed or wall. Use a corner bracket for right-angle joins at the corners. Many builds need some of each, so it’s worth counting your corners and your runs before ordering.
