The 13kg Calor propane gas bottle is a proper all-rounder. It’s the bottle people reach for on narrowboats, in catering units and snack vans, and for kit like shrink-wrappers and industrial floor sweepers, anywhere mains gas isn’t an option. Propane handles cold and outdoor use well, which is part of why it’s so widely used.
The cylinder is around 58cm tall and 32cm across, so it balances a decent gas capacity against being easy enough to move and store. It connects with a 37mbar anti-clockwise screw-on propane regulator, the fitting a lot of existing LPG appliances already specify, so it usually drops straight into your setup.
We supply it as a refill on a like-for-like exchange. You’ll need an empty 13kg Calor bottle to swap on delivery, or you can add a Calor cylinder deposit if you’re starting fresh.
