Campingaz 907
From: £52.00
The Campingaz 907 is the larger of the well-known blue refillable butane cylinders, the size to choose for regular camping and caravanning. It runs camping stoves, lanterns and portable cooking gear, holding more gas than the 904 so you refill less often.
It’s a refillable cylinder, around 20cm high and 20cm across, that stows neatly in a camper or car. It connects with a Campingaz regulator, which is specific to the 901, 904 and 907 bottles, so you’ll need the right one to use it.
It’s supplied on an exchange basis: to buy a refill you’ll need an empty Campingaz 907 to swap. We deliver across our defined Reading area, so check your postcode is covered, or call the yard on 0118 9242888.
Please note that if you cannot exchange a Campingaz cylinder on a like-for-like basis then you must purchase a cylinder charge.

The Campingaz 907 is the larger of the two common blue refillable butane cylinders, and it’s the one to pick if you camp regularly or want gas that lasts well between refills. It powers camping stoves, lanterns and portable cooking appliances, making it a dependable choice for longer trips and frequent leisure use.
At around 20cm high and 20cm in diameter, it’s still a manageable cylinder that fits in a camper, caravan locker or car boot, though it holds more gas than the smaller 904 and weighs a bit more to carry. Like all Campingaz cylinders, it uses a brand-specific Campingaz regulator, the one that fits the 901, 904 and 907 bottles, so make sure you have the right regulator to go with it.
The 907 is supplied on an exchange basis. To buy a refill you need an empty Campingaz 907 to swap for a full one, so keep your empty rather than getting rid of it. If you’d prefer something lighter to lift, the 904 is the smaller of the two.
We deliver across our defined postcode area around Reading, so check your postcode is covered before ordering, or call the yard on 0118 9242888 and we’ll help you sort the cylinder and regulator.
FAQs
Should I choose the 907 or the 904?
Both are blue refillable Campingaz butane cylinders using the same Campingaz regulator. The 907 holds more gas, so you refill less often, but it’s heavier to carry. The 904 is more compact. Choose by how much gas you want against the weight you want to lift.
Do I need an empty to get a refill?
Yes. Campingaz cylinders are supplied on an exchange basis, so to buy a refill you need an empty Campingaz 907 to swap for a full one. Keep your empty cylinder rather than disposing of it, and you can exchange it whenever you need more gas.
Which regulator does the 907 use?
It uses a Campingaz regulator, specific to the 901, 904 and 907 bottles. A standard butane regulator won’t fit. If you don’t already have the Campingaz regulator, you’ll need one to connect the cylinder, so add it to your order or call us.
